7 skills you have to know to master your capability of writing excellent SOP.

Excellent SOP doesn’t mean that you just describe what you are doing, but writing the right thing in the right way.

1- Customer focus concept

2- ISO requirements

ISO demands some requirements which must be available in each document, these requirements should answer and cover 5 questions

what is the process about

who is responsible for implementing the process

when this process will take place

how to implement the process

where that process will take place

3- Pc skills

�you have to be a good user of Pc and its document processing to be able to write a SOP.

4- Flow chart software

flow chart is a description method which uses drawing language to communicate the information from one party to another, this way of �description whenever you have serial process steps, parallel process steps is not well understood in this way. Flow chart tools are available in many applications, e.g. office applications.

5- 7 wastes concept (MUDA)

defining what is important step and what is not will enhance the efficiency of the overall process, and in return will save you a lot of unnecessary costs. the target is to remove all unnecessary process steps or non-adding value

6- Process FMEA
